Thank you for using Mathani! These Terms of Service govern your use and access to the Mathani mobile application, website, and related services. Please read them carefully.

General

The Mathani mobile app, website (https://www.mathani.app), and related services (the "Service") are operated by Mathani ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will notify users by updating this page and, where appropriate, via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Services

Mathani is a Quran memorization and study platform. Users can engage with audio recitations, spaced repetition techniques, personal memorization tracking, and related tools.

We may change or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, without notice.

Your License to Use Mathani

Subject to these Terms, Mathani grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service;
  • Reverse engineer or interfere with any part of the Service;
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or these Terms.

Registration and Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to:

User Content

By submitting content (e.g., feedback, audio, suggestions) through the Service, you grant Mathani a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.

You represent that you own or have the right to share this content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

In-App and Website Purchases

Mathani offers subscriptions through both in-app purchases (via the Apple App Store) and directly via our website at https://www.mathani.app. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay applicable fees;
  • Allow automatic renewals unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal;
  • Manage subscriptions via your Apple ID or Mathani account settings, depending on your purchase method.

All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Mathani is not responsible for payment processing or refund requests unless required by law.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any payments made through the Service unless required by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Upon termination, your access to the Service and any data associated with your account may be deleted, except where required by law.

Proprietary Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including logos, text, design, software, and graphics—are the intellectual property of Mathani or its licensors.

You may not use Mathani's trademarks or materials without prior written permission.
